An educational tour to know the diversity of fruits and vegetables in La Comunidad Valenciana with a recognized Certificate of Origin Denomination by the corresponding regulatory council that oversees product quality and proof of origin, thus obtaining an added value in a very competitive European market.
In this tour you will be able to learn about production management, postharvest techniques, packing systems, and market targets of a wide range of D.P.O. crops, from artichokes, citrus,  table and wine grapes, rice, loquat, persimmon, and cherries to the unique tigernut production in Valencia (tigernut milk), as well as visit its D.O. vineyards and cellars.
